Teething

There is no specific time for the teething to occur. Occasionally some babies can be born with teeth, and some do not have them till one year.

First few teeth appear in the front bottom part of the mouth. The rest of them start appearing very fast.

Note:

t is often believed that due to teething the baby develops fever and middle ear infection. It is not true that because of new teeth the baby has these symptoms. At this same time many other changes occur such as change of diet, mixing with other children in nurseries, his habit of putting things in the mouth etc. all contribute to it.
