Headaches
The sensation of pain in the head.
Causes:
- There can be innumerable causes of headache. Some of the common ones are:
- Infections and illness
- Side effects to medication
- Some foods and drinks can headaches
- Playing too long in the sun
- Too little sleep
Symptoms:
- Mild to moderate pain
- Tears
- No concentration
- Fever
- Sometimes vomiting sensation
Treatment:
- Most pain killers work.
- Good undisturbed sleep in a cool dark place.
- Proper records of headaches, when they occurred and for how long they lasted.
Migraine:
- Severe or pounding pain in the brain
- A loss of balance and a spinning feeling
- Also can cause some visual changes
- Can last for hours
- Tends to run in the family
Note:
- Do not neglect headaches.
- See a doctor if the pain keeps on persisting or reoccurring.
- If the feeling of confusion is there with headache call a doctor immediately.
