Keratosis
Keratosis (Seborrheic) is a skin disorder that is usually characterized with skin lesions that appear to be stuck on the surface. It is often mistaken for cancerous growth. Warts are also common. It may appear oily or greasy.
Causes:
Not really predictable but often believed to be hereditary.
Symptoms:
- Normally not painful
- Itchy
- Irritation
- Inflammation
- Often the problem is the looks
Management:
Surgical removal is often the remedy.
Facts:
It is very difficult to say much about this disease as there are a lot of variations and phenotypes. Please consult your physician early. The earlier the better.
