Fats, Oils, Sweets
This group is different than others. They should be taken as little quantity as possible.
The sweet stuffs are rich in sugars and carbohydrate and may provide an energy source, but are also very rich in calories and very poor in other components.
Fats are also essential for healthy diet but should be taken very less so that they do not contribute to more than 30% of calories.
