Causes of stress:

- Feeling unsafe and insecure
- Changing environment
- Financial crisis
Symptoms:
- Headache
- Back ache
- Stomach upset and indigestion
- Anger or unhappiness
- Depression
- Emotional
How to deal with it:
- Relaxation
- Exercise
- Breathing exercises
- Eat regularly
- Pamper yourself and be kind to yourself.
- Talk it out.
- Spend time with someone who loves you and cares for you.
- Do not demand too much from yourself.
- Low self esteem is one of the major causes:
- It is the self estimation of self. A person with high self-esteem will value himself more than one who does a low self-esteem.
What builds self esteem?
- Sharing talent
- Setting and reaching goals
- New responsibilities and freedom
- Helping others
- Appraisals
- Being part of a team
- Being a responsible part of the family
- Exercise
What destroys self esteem?
- Low grades in school.
- Criticism: from friends, elders, teachers, parents, bully.
- Expectations: unrealistic expectations from parents, friends, family, or yourself.
Note:
The longer someone is in a low self-esteem the lower down the person will be. Take immediate action. Talk to the person and make him feel his worth. If nothing works ask for help from a psychologist.
