Wet dreams

Sometimes, when guys are in their puberty, they wake up in the morning with a wet spot in their underwear. It is not urine. This is often confusing and embarrassing for boys.

Due to sexual arousal during their dreams, they may ejaculate (discharge of semen). This is perfectly normal. It cannot be voluntarily stopped, it is involuntary. There is nothing to be shameful about.

Note:

• Wet dreams reduce with sexual maturity and sexual activity.
• It may be seen in adults as well but occasionally.
