Pregnancy
If a woman is expecting a child, she is pregnant.
The early changes you can expect:
- Missed period
- Headaches, sometimes feeling of nausea and vomiting
- Frequent urination
- Tenderness in the breast
- Feeling tired and sleepy
- Frequently hungry and you eat a lot
- Darkening of the nipple
- Backaches
- Constipation
Note:
- All or some of these changes can be seen if you are not well or you have an infection.
- You need to confirm using pregnancy test kit.
- Later, to be sure, a blood test is required.
- Often the doctors do other tests such as test for AIDS or STDs for precaution and also to warn you of the problems that can come. This is for the best, for you and the child.
- If all of these tests are positive, congratulations.
